New Tool Aboard ISS Will Help NASA Measure Ocean Winds

NASA is sending a new rapid scatterometer to space aboard a commercial SpaceX resupply to the International Space Station. The ISS-RapidScat will be the first-ever Earth-looking tool mounted to ISS’ exterior.
