Venezuela celebrates victory over Exxon Mobil

Venezuela is celebrating the ruling in its favor by the World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), which recognized the legality of the nationalization of Orinoco's oil belt, the world's largest oil reserve.
