Powerful X2 Solar Flare Marks Sun’s Sixth Substantial Flare In A Week

On Sunday AR 2192 erupted with an X2-class flare. NASA says this marks the sixth substantial flare since October 19, when the sun erupted with an X1.1-class flare.
