It has been established to a certain point over time,
But is by no means complete.
It has developed a comfortable shape and pattern,
But is not resistant to change.
It has grown with all the life and love of the past,
But continues to grow and foster new life for the future.

May your relationship grow and develop,
Safe in the knowledge
That it is always a work in progress,
That its past and present provide a solid basis for its future,
And that with care, consideration and respect,
