I'm trapped in a box
And this box is trapped in a place
And this place is trapped in a society
A society were anything above a size 5 is unacceptable
A society were anyone different is considered weird
A society were being smart is no longer cool or appreciated
A society were books are frowned upon
A society were being fake is considered being real
A society were people only care about themselves or nothing at all
A society were kids stay inside all day instead of going outside
A society full of people who give up when a challenge comes along
A society that stuffs there face full and complains about healthy food when world hunger is a serious issue
A society when being real means never keeping a comment to yourself
A society were modesty is barely alive
A society were obesity is a leading death
A society were school now comes second to partying for most people
A society were a lot of people don't graduate or go to college
A society were being pregnant at age 13 and above is a common thing
A society were people struggles in life are shown on TV for our own entertainment
A society were suicide is a leading cause and they wonder why
A society sadly I'm stuck in
For I'm trapped in a box
And this box is trapped in a place
And this place is trapped in a sad society
