ET NOW caught up with the Chairman of the GST Panel, Abdul Rahim Rather who maintains that the Union Finance Minister seems very serious to pass the Constitutional Amendment Bill soon, but states need some clarity on CST compensation and on the issue of including petroleum products under GST or not.
