Hotel owner describes moment she confronted suspected killer

The owner of a hotel in which a woman died in an horrific attack has described her horror at what she saw. Cerys Yemm, 22, died after an incident at the hotel in Argoed. Matthew Williams, who had recently been released from prison also died at the scene after police discharged a taser and arrested him. Report by Laurencev.
