Tabare Vazquez favored to win Uruguayan presidency in runoff

Uruguayans will go to the polls Sunday for a second round vote in presidential elections. No surprises are expected. Socialist Broad Front candidate Tabare Vazquez ,who was also president in Uruguay from 2005 to 2010, is leading right wing opposition candidate Luis Lacalle Pou with a considerable advantage in the most recent polls, and is expected to win Sunday's runoff.
