Lighting of the Capitol Christmas Tree

STORY: After traveling roughly 2,700 miles from where it was cut in Minnesota, and after making 30 stops on its way to Washington, D.C. , the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree is lit Tuesday as part of an annual tradition marking the holiday season in the nation's Capitol.
