Documentary recounts the story of orphans of the Chilean dictatorship

The military dictatorship in Chile left about 700 orphan children. One of them, Alvaro de la Barra, returned from exile in Venezuela to make a documentary about his story and to expose the cases of many of such children. Though the agents who killed his parents have been sentenced, he still awaits a final ruling following an appeal to the supreme court. teleSUR
