Morales slams richest nations at UN Climate Change conference

At the UN Climate Change Conference currently underway in Lima, Peru, Bolivian President Evo Moralist called on the wealthiest UN member states to take responsibility for the role they have played in exacerbating climate change and reduce their emissions.
