For those asking for why you have to Jailbreak to use the mod , the mod is not an app , it's a tweak , but a tweak need Mobile Substrate to run (Mobile Substrate creates environment for tweaks to works) . The problem is : you can only install Mobile Substrate from Cydia which means you have to Jailbreak your device .
