2015 Academy Award Nominations' Snubs and Lack of Diversity

The Academy Award nominations were announced on Thursday, but there was a clear lack of diversity with the nominees. Selma was nominated for Best Picture and the film's track, "Glory," was recognized for Best Original Song, but what about director, Ava DuVernay? Or the film's star, David Oyelowo for Actor in a Leading Role? HipHollywood talked with film critic, Shawn Edwards, about this year's snubs and disappointments.
