Peruvians barred from public beaches by private clubs

Even though Peruvian law considers discrimination to be a crime, private clubs and mansions in Lima prevent the middle and low income classes from entering certain public beaches. Local police tend to follow the lead of private security forces and fail to enforce the law. teleSUR
