Temps to jump back to seasonal averages by Friday afternoon

Hello and welcome. I'm Kim Bo-gyung with the weather outlook.

Make a wish upon a full moon, if you haven't already. Today is Jeongwol Daeboreum here in Korea, which is the day we get to see the first full moon of the lunar year. The moon should shine at its brightest at 12:36 AM here in Seoul... and 12:27 AM in Busan.

At the moment, heavy clouds are gradually moving in nationwide.

We'll start off Friday morning below seasonal norms. But warm air will gradually move in.
Otherwise, dry weather advisories are in effect along the eastern coast as well as other regions.

On to the readings. The daytime high here in the capital hits 10. Daegu 11. Gwangju 12.

Meanwhile. Daejeon and Jeju reach a high of 10. Dokdo 5.
