Iran says U.S. sanctions should be lifted

High officials in Iran's government said on Thursday that sanctions against their country should be lifted before reaching a nuclear agreement, yet U. S. President Barack Obama imposed new sanctions on Wednesday. The sanctions also penalize third countries doing business with Iran's national oil country or central bank.
