US, Cuban officials meet in Havana

US Assistant Secretary of State for Hemispheric Affairs Roberta Jacobson met privately with Josefina Vidal, Cuban Foreign Affairs Ministry official in charge of relations with the United States. A US delegation headed by Jacobson is in Havana for the third round of talks aimed at reestablishing diplomatic relations. Both sides agreed to keep the lines of communication open. teleSUR
