Stupid cheating husband loses lawsuit to reclaim $365,000 from ex mistress

Mr. Kua Tee Beng, age 67, took his mistress, Madam Ye Caiyan, age 41, to court and attempted to sue her for a whopping USD $365,000. He claimed that she had blackmailed him into giving her expensive gifts and a cash ‘loan’ as a downpayment on her new condominium, and that she had been blackmailing him for two years.

Two years would be the exact length of time their affair lasted.

Both Mr. Beng and Madam Ye have been divorced at least once and both have children from previous marriages. Mr. Beng said that it was the threat that Madam Ye would tell his current wife about their affair that kept the money and lavish gifts flowing.

Unfortunately, Mr. Beng was unable to produce any of these so-called threats in court, as well as being unable to provide receipts or proof of many of the gifts he claimed to have given his mistress. Mr. Beng also claimed that the new condominium under Madam Ye’s name was actually his, but he’d purchased it in her name to keep his children from fighting over the property. This was also another claim he was unable to back up.

The judge in the case decided that the gifts and money were given voluntarily as Mr. Beng was unable to produce any proof of threats or coercion. Madam Ye will be allowed to keep the gifts, money, and the condo.

And it looks like Mr. Beng will be going through an expensive divorce since the cat’s out of the bag about his mistress now. Whoops!
