Air raids, naval shelling and ground fighting shook Yemen this Sunday, in some of the most widespread combat since March 26, when a coalition led by Saudi Arabia began its military intervention against Houthi rebels, who have seized vast areas of the country. On Friday the United Nations reported at least 500 civilian deaths in airstrikes, including 115 children.
