Delfin Lee accuses Binay of extortion

Detained real estate developer Delfin Lee accuses Vice-President Jejomar Binay of extortion. In a letter to the Senate, the founder and president of Globe Asiatique also said Binay had him charged in court after he refused Binay's demands.
