DOJ recommends large-scale illegal recruitment vs Veloso's recruiters

The Department of Justice has approved the filing of large-scale illegal recruitment against Kristina Sergio and her live-in partner who are accused of recruiting Filipino drug mules including Filipino on death row Mary Jane Veloso.
