The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) employees are now in "panic time" because election period are months away from now but they still do not have a new chairman and two commissioners. This is also the worry of a group of government workers because Malacañang is still unable to fill up the positions that are still vacant and will be vacated by the chiefs of some government agencies.
