Tamae Okino, a 43-year-old woman, was suspected of keeping a 15-year-old boy in confinement and molesting him, as well as forcing several girls to provide sex services to johns at a condo in Amagasaki City, Hyogo.
The child molester and other five abused youths were nabbed this Past Thursday. One of girls admitted that she obeyed Okino's orders to hook up with johns because she feared the woman's sadistic punishments. Okino was charged with pimping, racketeering, and underage prostitution.
Other officials will also be closely looking into her charges to see if there were other ways she was violating the Child Welfare Law.
