Power rate hike looms in Visayas

The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines wants to get back
the more than P2 billion they have spent when they fixed the
electric lines that were devastated by super typhoon Yolanda.
This is a separate case from the proposed power rate hike endorsed by Napocor.
