When addressing workers at a terrapin farm near Pyongyang, Kim Jong Un was highly critical, using harsh words including ‘incompetence’ and ‘irresponsible’.

Typically the images and stories of Kim Jong Un’s visits to North Korean production facilities are filled with smiles and pointers on how to do the job even better. 
That was not the case with reports regarding his recent trip to a terrapin farm just outside of Pyongyang.
