MMDA to assist motorists during EDSA reblocking

MANILA -- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) is ready to assist motorists who will be affected by the so-called "mega road reblocking" of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) along EDSA.
