Heavy traffic greets motorists, commuters on SONA day

Motorists and commuters along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City were greeted with heavy traffic on Monday morning as counter-flow schemes were implemented in time for President Aquino's fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) today.
