3 Germans, 1 Spanish killed in Mayon explosion

MANILA -- Albay Gov. Joey Salceda confirmed Tuesday that 3 of 5 fatalities during Tuesday's steam explosion on Mayon volcano were Germans. He said two of the German fatalities were women.
