DOJ seeks PNP assistance in search for Mancao

MANILA, Philippines -- Justice Secretary Leila de Lima is seeking the assistance of Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Alan Purisima in the search for former Supt. Cezar Mancao, who has escaped from the National Bureau of Investigation's custody.
