Venezuela: Jailed Opposition Leader Ends Hunger Strike

Former San Cristobal Mayor Daniel Ceballos ended a 20-day hunger strike due to kidney pains and a weakened condition. Ceballos was jailed for his role in last year’s anti-government protests. According to Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro, Ceballos and Leopoldo Lopez are responsible for the deaths of 40 people. teleSUR
