Ever since the news of Salman Khan starrer ‘Sultan’ going on-floors in November was out, people are eager to know who would be romancing Salman in the Ali Abbas Zafar film.
While there were many names that cropped up, right from Kangana Ranaut to Parineeti Chopra, but no official announcement about it. However, now we have learnt from our sources that newbie Kriti Sanon has finally bagged the coveted role.
Bollywood’s controversial child Kamaal R Khan took to Twitter saying: “YRF film has signed Kirti Sanon for Salman Khan Starer #Sultan.”
Interestingly, Kriti Sanon, who debuted with Heropanti opposite Tiger Shroff, was supposed to star in ‘Singh Is Bling’ with Akshay Kumar. However, she backed out of the project and instead chose ‘Dilwale’ with Varun Dhawan, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
With Sanon signing ‘Sultan’ one can safely say that she is in a happy space professionally! Thoughts!
