Colombian Gov't Blames FARC for Increased Tensions

Chief Colombian government peace negotiator Humberto de la Calle blamed the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) for the escalation of tensions. In strongly worded declarations made over the weekend, de la Calle said this could put the peace talks in jeopardy.
