Ecuador: Pope holds Mass in Guayaquil

After launching his Latin American tour in Ecuador’s capital city on Sunday with a message of social justice, Pope Francis spent the day in the nation’s largest city, Guayaquil, on Monday. In a mass attended by over half a million people, he spoke of what the breakdown of the family has meant inthe lives of many people. He is now back in Quito, where he will hold another large mass on Tuesday before continuing on his Latin American tour in Bolivia on Wednesday. teleSUR
