Digital and Illuminated Traffic Signs

There's a notable difference between digital and Illuminated traffic signs. Check this video out and you'll see what I am talking about. In layman's term, digital is more of new technology with the fancy lighting presentation while illuminated ones are more literally lighted with lamps.
