A video has been released showing a reserve police officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma, shoot and kill an unarmed black man. The officer, 73-year-old Bob Bates, said he used his gun instead of a Taser 'by mistake.'
Eric Courtney Harris was being detained after being caught selling a weapon to an undercover officer.
