PAS demands PM to return K'tan oil royalties to rebuild state

PAS Vice President Salahudin Ayub has written an open letter to Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, demanding the return of Kelantan's oil royalties so that the state can rebuild after being devastated by floods.
