Ahmad Maslan refers Anwar, Tony Pua to rights panel

In a tit-for-tat move, BN MPs are to move a motion to refer Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim and DAP's Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua to the rights and privileges committee for "misleading" the House. This follows an earlier move today by Pakatan MPs to refer Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Maslan to the same committee for misleading the House on the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) support letter controversy.
