IGP told to apologise over 'illegal' arrest of PPS members

Penang's Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) Deputy Chairperson Ng Wei Aik has called on Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar IGP to apologise over the arrest of the unit's members.
