Ahmedabad: What if 'traffic' causes death? Here is one more example. Dilip Parmar in heart emergency died after emergency medical helpline 108 failed to provide an ambulance on time. Residents claimed that 108 staff members refused to come at the spot and after repeated requests, they told yes but alas, ambulance got stuck in traffic due to which one more died.
