Teng: Khalid lied, sacking did not follow procedure

Sacked DAP Selangor exco, Teng Chang Kim says he accepts his termination, but said it did not follow proper procedure.

He said menteri besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim had not received the Sultan's consent when he made the announcement yesterday.
