PAS: Kelantan has the right to implement hudud

MP for Sepang, Hanipa Maidin defenses the right for hudud under democracy, saying that they were given the mandate by the voters of Kelantan.

He believes that preconceived judgement based on examples by other countries is unfair when it hasn't even been implemented in Kelantan.
