Selangor salary hike: Not the quantum but procedure, says Shahrir

The MP of Johor Bahru Shahrir Samad has voiced his concern with the procedure during the recent salary hike for the state assembly persons. He says that the decision was executive driven whereas the proposal should have been gone through the rights and privilege committee.
