Chua: MCA the only 'winner' if move to censure Liow was passed

MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek has deny that the resolution to censure Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, who is deputy president in the coming MCA extraordinary general meeting (EGM) this Sunday was made out of vengeance.
