Anwar: Mahathir not entirely to blame for Project IC

Testifying at the Royal Commission of Inquiry on illegal immigrants in Sabah, Anwar Ibrahim had a few surprises - he defended Dr Mahathir's involvement in Project IC but said it continued to exist under Abdullah Badawi and Najib Razak.
