The Philippines has overtaken India as the new call-centre capital of the world.

This means, when you're in the US and calling any call-centre, you're most likely talking to a Filipino agents.

With its English-speaking workforce and embracement of Western culture, the Philippines is fast becoming the world's destination for call-centres.
