PKR director of strategy Rafizi Ramli and the party's Wanita chief Zuraida Kamaruddin this morning filed a counter-suit against cabinet minister Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.
NONESpeaking at a press conference today, Rafizi said the move was to ensure that information on abuse of power pertaining to the National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) is exposed in open court.
"I fear the plaintiff may want to delay the trial or withdraw the lawsuit soon to avoid dragging important documents and the top BN leadership into court," he said.
