Kentucky denies same-sex couples after gay marriage legalization

It's been two months since the Supreme court made same-sex marriage legal across the U.S. but many couples are still struggling for their rights.
Some local authorities refuse to issue marriage licenses, citing religious beliefs.

RT spoke to the couple - and they say it's simply another form of discrimination. Many other same-sex couples are also facing obstacles on the way to formalising their relationships.

At least three other legal battles are underway in Kentucky alone.
