Miley Cyrus and Sinead O'Connor got into a public fight this past week thanks to a little phenomenon called the Open Letter. And whether or not you agree with Sinead's Miley critique, it was hard to ignore. Because it was public. Why are we even calling this a letter? Letters are to one person, not the entire internet!

Most of the time I think a "celebrity feud" is overblown by the press. But sometimes it's overblown by the celebrities themselves.

Seriously celebs, listen up. If you have an issue, you can do one of two things: write something online and call it what it is, a rant, or write a private letter to someone, and actually send it directly to them. You can't have it both ways.
