An Ohio family is accusing Fairfield police of using excessive, racially-motivated force during a much-disputed confrontation at a pool.
Police said it was a case of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at a Fairfield city pool. Bishop Bobby Hilton said it was the police who were out of order.
