UN worried by alleged extra-judicial killings in east Ukraine

The UN Special Rapporteur on Extra-judicial, Summary and Arbitrary Executions voices concern over allegations from east Ukraine of indiscriminate shelling, the imposition of the death penalty, and the targeting of people in captivity.
